Wharton PhD (Management and Applied Economics) | Ex-McKinsey | Fulbright Scholar | Peruvian Immigrant & FGLI

Mission
To expand access to health, education, and opportunity through behavioral science, innovation, and inclusive technology.

About Me

I’m a behavioral science strategist, founder, and systems thinker passionate about building equitable systems that help humanity thrive.

My PhD dissertation, grounded on years of intervention and mixed method research  looked at how overcoming adversity can be a source of strength, not just survival. I  developed a digital intervention that helped employees reframe past hardships as core to their identity, resulting in reduced burnout and improved performance across partner organizations. These insights have informed my my work advising teams and designing tools that scale resilience, wellbeing, and access across sectors.

At McKinsey, I shaped strategy and impact projects in the healthcare, education, life sciences and philanthropy sectors, and oversaw an $8M CSR portfolio in Latin America, guiding teams collaborating with nonprofits and public sector partners to scale community health and education initiatives.

As founder of Nourish, I built nonprofit and community partnerships to make healthspan science more accessible through a functional food brand. And throughout my career, I’ve led and supported cross-sector collaborations—across academia, startups, and social impact organizations—to translate behavioral science into real-world tools.

My most recent passion project is a Substack called Longevity, Not Just for Billionaires, where I break down longevity research into practical, accessible insights—designed for people without a big budget or endless time.
